Consultations

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the provision of consultation services for the interpretation of Zi Wei Dou Shu charts by the SuccessCode project (hereinafter — the "Service"), available at successcode.net.

The Service is registered and operates within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The relationship between the Service and the client is governed by the law of the Netherlands.

By submitting a consultation request, you confirm that you have read these Terms and fully agree to them.

2. Nature of the Services

The Service provides consultations based on the structural analysis of a Zi Wei Dou Shu chart — an ancient Chinese system of astrological analysis, calculated from the client's date, time, and place of birth.

A consultation constitutes an intellectual product based on the interpretation of a structural chart within the stated methodology. The results of a consultation are informational in nature.

A Zi Wei Dou Shu consultation is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological assistance. If you require help in these areas, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.

3. Responsibility for Decisions and Results

All decisions made by the client on the basis of information obtained during a consultation are made by the client independently and at the client's own responsibility.

The SuccessCode Service is not liable for:

The client fully understands and agrees that Zi Wei Dou Shu is a structural method of analysis, and not a prediction of the future, not a scientific diagnosis, and not a directive instruction to act.

4. Consultation Procedure

The standard procedure:

5. Accuracy of Birth Data

The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the birth data provided. The calculation of the chart is based on this data. Inaccurate or incorrect data will result in an incorrect calculation of the chart and, consequently, in an interpretation that does not relate to the client.

The Service is not liable for the results of a consultation if the client provided incorrect or inaccurate birth data.

6. Confidentiality

The content of your consultations (questions, discussions, chart materials, written summaries, meeting recordings) is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.

For more information on the handling of personal data, see the Personal Data Processing Policy.

7. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is made before the consultation. After payment:

8. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Dutch Law)

In accordance with the law of the Netherlands and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

However, since a consultation is a service provided at a time agreed with the client, when submitting a request and making payment before the expiry of the 14-day period the client gives express consent to the commencement of the service and confirms that, once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Burgerlijk Wetboek 6:230p).

9. Warranties and Their Absence

The Service makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the consultation is of high quality, well structured, and as useful as possible for the client. However:

10. Copyright

All materials provided to the client as a result of a consultation (written summary, recordings, analytical materials) are the intellectual property of the Service and are intended for the client's personal use. Distribution, publication, resale, or commercial use of these materials without the prior written consent of the Service is not permitted.

11. Audience Restriction

Consultations are provided to persons of legal age. If you have not reached the age of majority under the law of your country, use of the Service is possible only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always published at successcode.net/terms.html. The Terms in force at the time of payment for a specific consultation apply to that consultation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

The relationship between the Service and the client is governed by the law of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. All disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the competent court of the Netherlands. Consumers residing in the EU additionally retain the rights granted to them by the law of their country of habitual residence.
