1. General Provisions

This Policy governs the processing of personal data of users of the website successcode.net (hereinafter the "Site") within the SuccessCode project (hereinafter the "Service", "We").

The Service is registered and operates within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and therefore personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG) and applicable Dutch law.

By using the Site and submitting a request, you confirm your agreement with this Policy and give your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner and on the terms set out below.

2. Data Controller

The data controller within the meaning of GDPR Art. 4(7) is the owner of the SuccessCode project. For matters relating to the processing of personal data, contact us at: contact@successcode.net.

3. What Data We Collect

When you submit a consultation request through the form on the Site, we collect the following personal data:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number or messenger contact
• Birth data (date, time, place) — only if you have provided it yourself for consultation purposes
• The content of your question and of messages in any subsequent correspondence

We do NOT collect payment details through the Site. All payments are processed separately through agreed channels.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Contacting you to arrange the time and terms of the consultation
• Calculating and preparing your Zi Wei Dou Shu chart for the consultation
• Providing consultation services
• Fulfilling contractual obligations in connection with the service provided
• Answering your questions and providing support after the consultation

5. Lawful Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the following lawful bases under GDPR / AVG:

• Your explicit consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Performance of the contract for the provision of the consultation service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• The legitimate interests of the Service in ensuring the security and quality of its services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

6. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

We do NOT sell, exchange or transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Technical providers that enable the operation of forms (Formspree, located outside the EU) — data is transferred solely for the technical processing of the request. Transfers of data outside the EEA are carried out on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or equivalent safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR
• Where lawfully required by government authorities and supervisory bodies in cases provided for by applicable law

7. Data Retention Period

Your data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing:

• Contact details and requests — up to 12 months from the last interaction
• Data relating to a completed consultation (charts, summaries, correspondence) — up to 24 months from the date of the consultation

At your request, data may be deleted before the specified period, except for information that we are required to retain under legal requirements.

8. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR / AVG you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16)
• Request the erasure of your data — the "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17)
• Restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18)
• Object to processing (Art. 21)
• Receive a copy of your data in a structured format — the "right to data portability" (Art. 20)
• Withdraw previously given consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

9. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to the data is limited to a restricted group of persons directly involved in providing consultation services.

However, no method of data transmission over the internet and no method of storage is absolutely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your data.

10. Confidentiality of Consultation Content

The content of your consultations (questions, discussions, chart materials, written summaries, meeting records) is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. We do not use the content of your consultations for marketing, advertising or any other purposes without your explicit written consent.

11. Cookies and Analytics

As of the current version of this Policy, the Site does not use cookies and does not employ analytics trackers that identify visitors. No data about your behaviour on the Site is collected or stored, except for the information that you voluntarily submit through the request form.

If in the future we introduce cookies or analytics tools, this Policy will be updated, and users will be informed of this before such tools are put into use.

12. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available at successcode.net/privacy.html. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the document.
