This Policy governs the processing of personal data of users of the website successcode.net (hereinafter the "Site") within the SuccessCode project (hereinafter the "Service", "We").

The Service is registered and operates within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and therefore personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG) and applicable Dutch law.

The content of your consultations (questions, discussions, chart materials, written summaries, meeting records) is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. We do not use the content of your consultations for marketing, advertising or any other purposes without your explicit written consent.

As of the current version of this Policy, the Site does not use cookies and does not employ analytics trackers that identify visitors. No data about your behaviour on the Site is collected or stored, except for the information that you voluntarily submit through the request form.

If in the future we introduce cookies or analytics tools, this Policy will be updated, and users will be informed of this before such tools are put into use.
